We awakened during this time to help usher in a new reality.
The statistics don’t look good for Black women in the workforce. I was looking through an Essence Magazine article on money and work and saw this alarming statistic. In a recent study by the Institute for Women’s Policy Research, 2025 job report for Black women was shared. Here’s an excerpt:
The most recent data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics show that Black women lost 251,000 jobs between January and August of 2025. While this number reflects a downward revision from a higher estimate last year, it still represents a large and unequal decrease in employment for Black women, whose job losses made up more than half (54.7 percent) of job losses for all women in that period. Given that Black women only represented 14.1 percent of the female workforce at the start of 2025, this meant they overwhelmingly bore the brunt of job losses. https://iwpr.org/one-year-into-trumps-second-term-black-women-face-disproportionate-job-losses/
It has never been easy for Black women in the US job market. We simply assess the playing field and the perceived handicaps and move forward anyway. We move forward to be judges, political influencers, business owners — what ever we choose.
The fact that we are here, in our right mind (most of the time, LOL), is a testament to our fortitude. We move in spite of self doubt, run circles around the ‘old boy’ network, we find a way out of now way.
This time in history is pushing us answer the question: Who am I in the face of perceived confusion? It is confusing to those who are invested in keeping people in fear because it allows them to control the narrative. They can tell us that despite seeing someone killed in the video, that it didn't happen that way. But you are the Awakened One and you can see with your third eye that those in power fear losing the patriarchal system that they have thrived in.
Mama Earth has called for Light Bearers to be born on earth to change this system that rapes her of her natural resources and feeds hatred into her energy field. We are the Starseeds and we have come to support the transition of the earth. Shifts in the workforce are part of the transition. It will awaken many Black women who are Starseeds or hold ancestral wisdom that our commuinty needs.
We are not alone. We are supported by beings from multiple planets including: Arcturus, Sirius, Hydra, Orion, Alpha Centauri and many others. We are the ground forces and we are here in the millions. This falling apart of systems is part of the plan.
Starseeds are some of the brightest souls and the strongest among us. In ancient times, Priestess who were connected to the Divine Feminine, understood our connection to the stars. Egypt and Mali have maintained this knowledge for us to absorb as we wake up. The reestablishment of the Divine Feminine is linked to recalling our connection to star beings.
The Divine Feminine is re-emerging in Black Women. For some this job change will ignight a remeberance of the Divine Feminine energy within that can create a new path for women who were lost jobs.
The loss of a job can cause anxiety and stress. It can also be an opening to consider that we exist in multiple dimensions and various timelines are available to us. This is the time to reach for another timeline and embrace a different reality.
The flip side of this statistic is that more Black women are starting their own businesses. Sometimes our soul needs to release familiarity in order to dream of a new reality. Some women accepting there Divine calling as healers.
I was watching a video of Dawn Delvecchio recently and she has this to add. I paraphrase; this is the time for the Awakened Ones to dream a new reality.
Can anyone deny that the existing systems of business, politics, relationships or raising a family is flawed?

In order for us to ascend, we must release attachment to systems that are don’t reflect love and fairness. The powers that be would rather tear down systems that employ Black women, like government jobs or jobs that serve people. Many Black women are in an industry that serves others, because fundamentally, even if successful in business, we care about others.
One of the key lessons from the Arcturians is to embrace our emotions and focus them on creating a 4th dimension reality for yourself and the world. When you find yourself worrying, say, “cancel cancel.” If you focus on lack or fear, more of that will show up in your life. Sitting in fear is exactly what feeds the political machine. The elite holders of most of the wealth in the world need the masses to be stifled by fear and doubt because then we are only consumed with survival and not thriving.
You may be feeling some doubt right now about how to move forward. Maybe the inner nudge to learn Reiki and help heal others is ringing in your head.
