Songs for Earth & Soul

The exact location will be shared the day of the event.  RSVP will be closed the night before, so Tuesday evening.

Please be prepared to stand in the water.  You physical connection to the water strengthens your energy.  Women should Wear a dress or skirt that is not longer than the knees so that you can wade into the water and sing.  Bring a towel to dry your feet after we finish.  Wear hiking shoes or water shoes that you don't mind getting dirty to walk to the location for singing.

There will be a circle where in Sanaa will lead a grounding activity to ground our collective energy.  Be prepared to stretch and bend as part of the grounding activity.  Particpants will be cleansed with sage smoke.  If you miss the grounding activity, I will ask you not to join the group once we leave the meeting site.  I hope you will come out for the next time.  The grounding and energy cleansing are very important and each person needs to experience it before joining the circle.

You don't have to be a singer, just willing to sing.  We will sing parts of songs on repeat.  If you have a song to offer that is just a few lines and simple melody that folk can easily pick up, please be prepared to share.
